PM controller in series design
Properties:
- Designs according to the required flow rate in order to always achieve laminar flow in the fixed throttle gap and the oil viscosity.
- Square 50 mm PMR0 with/without jet pump
- Square 65 mm PMR1 with/without jet pump
- Square 80 mm PMR2 with/without jet pump
- PM regulator consists of a pump pressure connection block, a varying number of regulator disks and a regulator disk designed as an end piece. Each regulator disk consists only of a housing, a metal diaphragm and an O-ring and supplies one or more coupled hydrostatic pockets
- A regulator disk contains a fixed throttle gap with a constant laminar flow and a regulating throttle. The control throttle regulates the differential pressure across the fixed throttle gap at constant pump pressure only depending on the outlet pressure at the respective regulator disk
- The connection block and regulator pockets are held together by 4 tie rods, the threads on the tie rod nuts are used to attach the PM regulator.
- Within a series PM controller, controller disks with any flow rate values can be used in any order, but the pump pressure and oil type are the same due to the same pump connection.
