In 2008, Dufieux developed a TVR 2000H vertical grinding machine for the high-precision machining of tubular rollers. According to customer specifications, the aim was to achieve the highest surface quality on the component over the long term during internal and external grinding. To achieve this, the engineers at Dufieux opted for 4 hydrostatic guideways, a hydrostatic rotary table and 2 hydrostatic grinding spindles with HSK100 from HYPROSTATIK.
