Attachment – PM controller

Properties:

• Attachment PM controllers are only sold as individual elements for guideways and low-speed bearings.
• For low-viscosity spindle oils, however, only completely assembled with appropriate bearings.
• Only for oil types above VG15 in order to achieve dynamically stable and well-damped high-speed bearings.
• Designs according to the required flow rate in order to always achieve laminar flow in the fixed throttle gap and the oil viscosity.
  • Square 32 mm with internal/external oil supply
  • Square 50 mm with internal/external oil supply
  • Square 65 mm with internal/external oil supply
  • Square 80 mm with internal/external oil supply

• The oil feed from the pump to the add-on regulator can be “internal”. Alternatively, the supply bore can be arranged at 45° or on the main axes of the regulator. Alternatively, the oil can also be supplied “externally” via the housing. In this case, only one ring line is required.
• Measurement of the pocket pressure only via a branch hole or an intermediate plate with branch clamped under the attachment regulator.
