In case you contact us, the following data will be processed:
- Title and full name
- Address
- E-Mail address
- Phone number (also mobile)
- Fax number
- Bank account
Further all data necessary to answer your concern will be collected.

The collection of your personal data is essential

- to be able to identify you as a business partner;
- to be able to advise and support you properly;
- to be able to process your request;
- to be able to meet our contractual obligations;
- to be able to fulfil our legal obligations;
- to be able to communicate with you;
- for invoicing and payment reminders;
- for purposes of permitted direct mailing;
- for the enforcement of rights against you.

The processing of your personal data results from your approach and is necessary to meet the above mentioned purposes.

The collected personal data will be stored according the mandatory legal regulations, especially mandatory data retention periods and will be deleted afterwards. Exceptionally, the collected personal data will be stored further due to extended data retention periods (according HGB, StGB or AO) or your permission.

3. Transfer of Data to a Third Party
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third party, unless:

- your agreement as per Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR is given;
- the transfer of your personal data is necessary as per Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to enable the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no evidence to assume a predominant requiring protection interest on your side not to transfer these data;
- required by mandatory legal regulations as per Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR;
- transfer is legal and necessary to fulfil our legal obligations against you

 

 4. Your Rights as a Concerned Person
As the person concerned by the data processing you have the following rights:

- Right of revocation as per Art. 7 (3) GDPR: you have the right to revoke your given consent at any time by sending us a formless notice. Processing of your personal data will be terminated.as per Article 21 (1) GDPR;
- Right of access as per Art. 15 GDPR: you have the right to obtain confirmation about your personal data processed by us, especially concerning the purpose of data processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients where appropriate, the data retention periods and the origin of data where applicable;
- Right to rectification as per Art. 16 GDPR: you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you;
- Right to erasure as per Art. 16 GDPR: you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you, unless the processing of these data is necessary
- to exercise the right of freedom of expression and information,
- to fulfil legal obligations
- due to public interest or
- to enable the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- Right to restriction of processing as per Art. 18 GDPR: you have the right to obtain restriction of processing your personal data if you contest the accuracy of these data, the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your personal data. Further you have this right if we no longer need your personal data for the purpose of processing, but you require the data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You also have the right of restriction of processing as per Art. 18 GDPR if you objected to processing your personal data;

5. Your Right of Revocation
As far as your personal data is processed as per Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR you have the right to withdraw your consent by simply a written notice by mail, fax or email. Our contact details are shown under point 1 of this data protection declaration.

6. Data Processing on our Website
Our website processes some personal data, i.e. IP-address of the visitor.

a. Visit of our Website
By starting our website www.hyprostatik.de your browser sends automatically data to the server hosting our website. These data are temporarily saved in a so-called logfile. Without needing to take any further action from your side, the following data will be collected and saved until deleted automatically:

- IP-address of accessing computer
- date and time of access
- name and URL of retrieved file
- referrer-URL
- used browser and operating system where appropriate of your computer and name of access-provider

You can contact us with any concerns using the contact form provided by our website or by email. If you contact us we will store the data given by you, including our name, first name and title as well as your concern, to be able to answer your request or in case of any further questions. A valid email address is essential to be able to get in contact with you. All optional data entries are marked as such with a “*”.

In no case we will share your data without your commitment. Our processing of your data is our legitimate interests to answer your request as per Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR as well as, if appropriate, as per Art. 6 (1) (b) your request is prior to entering into a contract.
