On rotary tables, vertical lathes and spindles, the hydraulic units have a larger tank. For hydrostatic linear axes, we build compact hydraulic units that can be integrated into the machine. We generally use aluminum tanks up to a tank volume of 70 liters. From a tank volume of 100 liters, we use steel tanks due to the negative pressure.
In addition to the hydraulic units, we also offer coordinated frequency converters and cooling units.

All our hydrostatic units are characterized by very precise pump pressure (±0.1 bar), low pulsation of the pressure and a high-precision oil cooling system. They are equipped with an efficient oil-air separation system and perfect filtration. Nitrogen and oil pressure, temperature, filter and fill level are monitored via switches, analog signals or IO-Link.
- The tanks are available in various sizes and materials, including aluminum (30-100 liters) or steel (40-600 liters)
- They can be optionally adapted for easy integration into machine configurations.
- Additional: We offer options for water cooling or the integration of a cooling unit.
